By submitting our form to receive meals during our annual food drive you consent to the requirements outlined on this page.

By participating in our annual food drive you authorize Billy Sampson Ministries and its partners to store and use your information to contact you regarding the annual food drive and other events.

Your information will not be sold or given to third or unrelated parties.

By submitting the form to participate in our annual food drive, you aknowledge that our partners from the selected pickup location will make contact with you to verify that amount of meals needed.

Our goal in collecting information from you is to ultimately make your experience better as you use billysampsonministries.org. Here are the pieces of information that we may collect when you use this website. 

1)    A name and an email address that will enable us to send emails to you – provision of an email address on this site equates to consent

2)    A name, email address, or phone number so we can follow-up with you

3)    A name, email address, and phone number if you complete our contact form with a question.
