Our Ministry

Billy Sampson

Birthday 02-23-1967

Billy Sampson was born on February 23, 1967, into a devout Christian family that emphasized faithful church attendance as an essential part of spiritual maturity. At age twelve, in 1979, Billy committed to Christianity by trusting Christ as his Savior. He discovered his passion for music at thirteen and honed his skills while being an active member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago, Illinois. Billy met Jane in March 1986, and the couple wed on October 3, 1987. He accepted his call to preach on January
19, 1997, and has since taken on various roles within the church, including Assistant Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Music Director. Currently, Billy serves as a Missionary Evangelist. Additionally, Billy is the Vice President of The Gospel Preachers Association and oversees field operations for the organization. He has been a faithful member of the “GPA” since October 2001. His interests include music, recording,
home projects, and golf.

Jane Sampson

Birthday 08-12-1965

Born on August 12, 1965, Jane Sampson has dedicated her life to the church and serving the Lord alongside Billy in every ministry since they met. Her commitment extends beyond spiritual endeavors; she has driven extensive distances to ensure her family's rest and readiness for their missional duties. In 2004, Jane ventured into music with a solo CD, further enriching her ministry with her vocal talents.

When the girls were young, Jane was a devoted educator and successfully homeschooled her three daughters, skillfully juggling their education with a demanding ministry schedule.
Billy has often expressed that his ministry would not have been possible without Jane's unwavering support. She has selflessly devoted her life to his calling, embodying the roles of a supportive wife, nurturing mother, and diligent caretaker of her family and home. Beyond her commitments, Jane enjoys a variety of hobbies, including bowling, traveling, woodworking, and home improvement projects. She cherishes her time at home, watching her favorite TV shows and spending valuable time with her daughters and grandson, Cooper.

Emily (Sampson) Williamson

Emily, born December 10, 1989, is the eldest daughter of Billy and Jane. From the earliest days of her life, she has been an integral part of the church ministry, dedicating herself to the Sampson ministry from 2001 to 2015 through singing and mission work. A pivotal moment in her life was marrying Justin Williamson, her soulmate, on May 16, 2015. Beyond her spiritual commitments, Emily has an entrepreneurial spirit, managing her own shirt design business. Known affectionately as "The Thrift Store Queen" outside of singing, she is famous for her savvy shopping skills and love for the Christmas
season.

Although Justin was raised in church, acquiring an intellectual understanding of Christ throughout his upbringing, it wasn't until his 20s that he experienced a profound spiritual awakening, embracing a
heartfelt faith in Christ as his Lord and Savior. Today, he serves as the youth pastor at Parkway Baptist Church in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. Known for his dynamic preaching and upbeat personality, Justin is devoted to his family and youth group and to creating a gospel-engaging environment for students. Outside of ministry, Justin enjoys coaching, the gym, golf, and softball.

Emily and Justin serve their church, community, and God with passion. Their son Cooper brings joy and laughter to those around him with his playful behavior. They embody a spirit of service, faith, and unity as a family.

Ashley Sampson

Birthday 3-10-1993

Ashley's life has been intertwined with family and church ministry since birth. Her story is nothing short of miraculous. Diagnosed with a benign brain tumor at just four years old, she underwent a grueling nine-hour surgery, which, while successful in removing the tumor, resulted in paralysis on her left side.

Despite facing significant health challenges, Ashley's resilient spirit has never waned. Her powerful singing, a testament to her resilience, reflects and declares the triumphs God has led her through. From the tender age of seven, her talented singing has been her full-time devotion. Ashley's love extends deeply to her family, friends, and ministry, with her laughter and humor bringing joy to all around her. Loyalty is a hallmark of her friendships, offering a steadfast bond to her friends that lasts a lifetime.

Beyond her musical and spiritual pursuits, Ashley delights in reading, exploring cosmetic creativity, and enjoying shopping trips with her mother and sisters. Ashley is still single, and praying that God will send her the love of her life to continue in the ministry with her.

Sarah (Sampson) Nunez

Birthday: Sarah (Sampson) Nunez 9-14-1994
Birthday: Jesus Nunez August 22, 1990

Sarah has been in church all her life as well. She trusted the Lord for salvation in 2010 during a revival
meeting in Street, Maryland. From the age of six, Sarah sang alongside her family. When her sister Emily
married in 2015, Sarah took over her sister's vocal duties, ensuring the continuation of their family trio
with her sister Ashley and their father, Billy. Sarah is gifted in producing, and balances a very demanding schedule between ministry, home, and work.

In May 2021, Sarah married her soulmate, Jesús Javier Nunez. Together, they are active members of Victory Baptist Church in North Augusta, South Carolina, under the pastoral leadership of Pastor C.T. Townsend. Sarah's interests include baseball, golf, and shopping trips with her mother and sisters.

Jesús, too, has a powerful story. Born in Mexico, he faced a challenging upbringing and left home at the age of eleven years old. He found a new path when American missionaries brought him into their orphanage, where he trusted Christ for salvation. Later, he pursued a calling in ministry, earning a Biblical studies degree from Victory Baptist College. Currently, he serves as a faithful member of Victory Baptist Church and works as a supervisor in a heating and air conditioning company. Jesús is known for
his strong work ethic, preaching ministry, and hobbies such as soccer and fishing.
